FREE CLINICS CARE FOR IDAHOANS

The last few years have been hard on all of us. Idahoans, and their families, are not only are experiencing financial hardship but also are struggling to get the healthcare services they need. Idaho's free clinics are here to help. Every day across Idaho, free clinics provide quality, comprehensive physical, mental, and dental care, regardless of a person’s ability to pay.

The mission of the IAFCC is to promote and support free and charitable clinics in Idaho in their missions to provide quality primary health care services for the underserved.

WHAT ARE FREE CLINICS?

Everyone, not just those with money and insurance, should have the opportunity to get preventative healthcare and be treated for diseases and conditions.

Free clinics offer healthcare services to people who can't pay for treatment and who don't have insurance. These non-profit organizations utilize a volunteer/staff model to provide a range of medical, dental, pharmacy, vision and/or behavioral health services to economically disadvantaged individuals.

Did you know there are over 1,400 free clinics in the United States?

"I don't know what I would have done without the Wellness Tree. I was recently released from custody and I didn't have enough of my antidepressant to last until I could get a job or signed up for Medicaid. They were able to help with a 30 day supply. It was such a relief to know I didn't have to worry about my meds!"
